Griesheim, a charming residential village, developed in the valley of Rosenmeer, a wide vale carved out by the stream, alongside which extends an arboretum, perfect for strolls past different tree species from around the world. Griesheim has always been a farming town and is renowned for the quality of its asparagus and, for the past few years, for its educational farm, “La Chèvrerie”. You can visit the goat farm and taste different kinds of cheese there.
