Produced as part of the celebrations marking 150 years of Impressionism, this collection invites visitors to rediscover one of the major movements in art history. From Monet's sunsets to Renoir's scenes, from Normandy landscapes to the urban transformations of the late 19th century, it traces the birth of a new era in painting. The works of Monet, Pissarro, Sisley, Boudin and Caillebotte bear witness to a new perspective on light, nature and the changing city. Through these masterpieces, preserved in the greatest national and international museums, the emergence of a contemporary society is revealed. Projected in the digital gallery on the second floor of the château, the collection invites visitors to settle in and explore this revolution in art history at their own pace.
