Micro-Folie : Collection Notre-Dame de Paris

Dedicated to one of the most iconic monuments of French heritage, the Notre-Dame de Paris Collection traces the history of the cathedral from its construction in the 12th century to the restoration work undertaken after the fire in 2019. It explores Gothic architecture, the major historical events that took place there, its artistic and literary influence, and the expertise mobilised for its reconstruction. Paintings, archives, liturgical objects, artistic representations and contemporary documents make up a rich and diverse selection. Projected in the digital gallery on the second floor of the château, this collection invites visitors to immerse themselves in the history and rebirth of a universal monument.
