With comforts worthy of the grand hotels, the apartment features a kitchen/dining room opening onto the living room, a small bedroom, a shower room and a toilet. The living room can accommodate 2 people on a sofa with a real 10 cm thick mattress. The workshop, on the first floor, benefits from a small overhang sheltered from rain and sun, the only smoking area in the apartment. A washing machine-dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, various kettles and coffee makers, hairdryer and iron and ironing board complete the accommodation's facilities. The accommodation can be equipped on request for a baby (cot, bathtub, high chair, blender). A parking space is available for luggage and shopping, and parking is easy nearby. A garage for motorcycles and bicycles is also available.
